Business details confirmed by Sky on 14 October 2026. The applicable privacy and marketing rules still require a review of the relevant activities and operations.

1. Website, account and paid engagements

These terms cover Sky Technologies' public website and private workspace. An account or enquiry does not create a paid engagement. A separate written agreement governs paid services, scope, fees, responsibilities and any expressly agreed service level. The refund and cancellation policy applies as stated on that page, without retrospectively changing an existing contract.

2. Accounts, security and company employees

Provide accurate information and use only accounts, company workspaces and data you are authorized to access. Protect your password, email account, authenticator and recovery codes. Company owners and administrators are responsible for suitable employee invitations and permissions. A company administrator is not a Sky staff administrator. Report suspected unauthorized access to info@skyteknologies.com; do not send credentials in the report.

Do not bypass authentication, defeat access controls, exploit another tenant's data or interfere with the service. Sky may restrict access to address misuse, unlawful activity or a security threat, with notice where reasonably practicable and lawful. Restriction does not automatically extinguish any accrued refund or statutory rights.

3. Permission-based sending and connected providers

You must own or be authorized to use the domains, IPs, mailboxes and provider accounts you connect or test. Obtain the required audience permissions or other lawful sending basis, include truthful sender details and maintain applicable unsubscribe and suppression controls. A provider connection, DNS check, consent banner or compliance-information page is not legal authorization to send a campaign.

Do not use Sky for deceptive messages, unlawfully collected recipient lists, credential theft, malware or unauthorized mailbox access. Provider terms and quotas still apply. Connection capabilities vary by provider; Sky does not promise every provider feature, billing control or a full campaign-sending platform.

4. Controlled tests, draft warm-up and diagnostics

The domain-warm-up workspace has no active ramp worker or production-send integration. Saving or reviewing a draft does not send, queue or schedule a message. Production-ramp drafts and Sky-seed diagnostic drafts are distinct; seed outcomes cannot establish the inbox placement of your subscribers.

A controlled placement-test send requires its own exact-payload review and explicit confirmation, and may consume third-party quota. Do not send confidential customer content or unrelated recipient data to Sky seeds. Unknown send outcomes are not authorization to retry automatically.

Campaign Diagnostics operates in browser memory; raw creative is not submitted or saved. If you choose to save a review, only the supported review metadata is stored. A saved review is not sending approval, a legal audit or an inbox guarantee. Automatic authentication-monitoring schedules and automatic alert emails are not active merely because their controls are visible. SMTPGrid remains unavailable until its supported connection is separately enabled.

5. Reports, availability and professional judgement

Reports and tools depend on their inputs, sampling, observation times and provider coverage. Missing data is not proof of a healthy result. Technical outputs do not guarantee email delivery, inbox placement, reputation, complete blocklist clearance, continuous availability or compliance with a law. Use them with the provider evidence and agreed professional scope.

Material service specifications and any service levels must be agreed in writing. These terms do not introduce an uptime SLA, penalty, liability cap or exclusive court/jurisdiction clause. Mandatory rights and any remedies in the applicable service agreement remain available.

6. Content, privacy and service instructions

You retain your rights in content and data you provide, and must have the permissions needed for Sky to process them to perform the requested service. Use the privacy notice for data categories, providers, retention criteria and individual rights. Optional marketing and optional Sky-managed analytics are not conditions of having a service account.

Client-directed processing obligations, any required data-processing agreement, confidentiality terms and international-transfer safeguards must be addressed for the relevant paid engagement. This page does not assert that a DPA, representative appointment or transfer mechanism has already been executed for every customer or provider.

7. Contact and policy changes

For service, account, billing, cancellation or abuse questions, contact info@skyteknologies.com. For personal-data and privacy-rights requests, contact privacy@skyteknologies.com. The notices are dated so changes can be identified. A website edit does not retrospectively alter a signed paid-service agreement or take away mandatory rights. Material contract changes must follow that agreement and applicable law.
