ABOUT / SKY TECHNOLOGIES

Built on the
sending side.

Sky's delivery practice grew inside its own high-volume email operation. Today our founder-owned Email Engine gives that work a connected home—from sending setup to receiver response.

01OUR FOUNDATION

Hands-on before
hand-waving.

Founded in 2019, Sky built and operated dedicated-server and IP sending: PowerMTA and Halon configuration, domain authentication, IP and domain warmup, content experiments, seed-inbox tests and provider-specific response monitoring across Yahoo, Gmail and Microsoft mail.

Under the same founder's ownership, Email Engine is established software used in Sky's email operations. Email Engine has an existing 23-provider integration catalog, with API, SMTP and webhook methods shown where supported. The software supports campaign scheduling and routing, placement testing and available feedback-to-suppression workflows; Sky adds the human delivery expertise and operating responsibility.

Each client engagement is scoped to its sending systems, provider permissions and evidence. We explain what we can connect, observe and change—and what remains your team's decision—without implying special provider access or promising an inbox rate.

OUR MISSION & VISION / SKY TECHNOLOGIES

Email deserves a clearer answer
than “it was sent.”

OUR MISSION / THE WORK TODAY

Make every sending decision informed.

We help teams connect the sending systems they choose, understand what receiving providers actually report, and act on delivery feedback before the next campaign goes out.

OUR VISION / WHERE WE'RE HEADED

An email operation that can explain itself.

We want every responsible sender to see the route, the result and the next step clearly—without giving up control of its audience, accounts or infrastructure.

THE STANDARDS BEHIND IT

Four commitments that turn that promise into a way of working.

01 / SKY STANDARD

Control without confusion

You should know which account, domain and route sent each campaign—and who can change it.

02 / SKY STANDARD

Evidence over folklore

A provider accepted the message. Did recipients see it? We treat those as separate questions and show the evidence behind each answer.

03 / SKY STANDARD

Feedback with consequences

A complaint or hard bounce is not a decorative chart. We use identifiable events to suppress, investigate and change the next send.

04 / SKY STANDARD

One provider at a time

Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft do not respond as one system. Decisions about volume and recovery follow the behavior of each receiver.

02THE OPERATOR

Ishaan Jain.

OWNER & HEAD OF EMAIL DELIVERY

Ishaan owns Sky Technologies and leads its email delivery operations. His hands-on work includes MTA and server configuration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain and IP warmup, inbox placement testing, creative experiments, ISP-specific troubleshooting and live feedback-loop, bounce and complaint processing.

He also owns the separate company behind the Email Engine software. Direct sending from our own servers, SMTP connections and supported provider APIs all inform how Sky scopes and runs client work.

03THREE OPERATING RULES
01

Acceptance ≠ placement.

SMTP delivery ends before inbox placement begins. We keep the distinction visible.

02

Seeds are a sample.

Test inboxes help locate a problem; subscriber and receiver data complete the picture.

03

Complaints are instructions.

Suppress where possible, investigate why and fix the process behind the event.
