Connect your SMTP service
We configure sending identity, the relay connection, schedules and routing for the account you are approved to use. Provider limits and permitted traffic still apply.
Sky uses Email Engine—existing software with 23 sending-provider connections—to connect approved SMTP services, supported provider APIs and your own mail servers. We bring sending, testing and receiver signals into one operating process. Choose a starting point, or let us trace the full route.
Email Engine gives Sky an established way to connect approved SMTP services, supported provider interfaces and self-managed mail servers. We handle the agreed setup, campaign controls and available feedback. You keep your provider relationship, your audience and the decision to send.
We configure sending identity, the relay connection, schedules and routing for the account you are approved to use. Provider limits and permitted traffic still apply.
Where your provider supports it, Sky connects its available sending and event interfaces so the same workflow can reflect bounces and complaints.
If dedicated IPs and an MTA are appropriate, we work with the server configuration and queue responses you already control.
Available software connections—not vendor endorsements or pre-approved sending access. We confirm the method and permissions for your account.
These are software connection options, not vendor partnerships. A connection does not grant a sending account, IP access, traffic approval or a guaranteed inbox result.
Explore SMTP integration & setupSky combines sending-system events with the receiver information a client is authorized to access. A complaint report can sometimes identify an address; a postmaster trend often cannot. The response must fit the evidence.
Aggregate spam-rate, authentication and delivery-error signals. Campaign-level Feedback-ID reports may appear when reporting conditions are met—not a list of individual people who marked mail as spam.
Compare dates and campaigns with sending logs; change targeting, identity or pacing based on the pattern.
Access needed: Verified sending domain + authorized dashboard or API access
How this provider reports dataFor eligible mail, complaint reports can identify a recipient who marked a message as spam.
Suppress the identified address on every applicable sending route, then inspect audience source and frequency.
Access needed: DKIM-signed mail + an enrolled, verified sending domain
How this provider reports dataSNDS provides IP-level sender data. JMRP reports user-marked-junk messages when the program is enabled; these are different feeds.
Investigate IP or traffic changes and suppress an identifiable complainant when a report permits it.
Access needed: Authorized access to sending IP data; JMRP enrollment for complaint reports
How this provider reports dataThese are supported operating sources, not automatic access to a client account. Sky confirms the client’s domain/IP permissions, available integrations and what can be automated versus reviewed manually before agreeing on monitoring coverage. Sending-service complaints and bounces are reconciled separately from mailbox-provider dashboards.
