PRICING / SKY TECHNOLOGIES

Scope the work.
Then price it.

Our work runs from a bounded diagnosis to connection with the existing Email Engine platform, a measured warmup and ongoing operations. These are four different commitments. See what each includes, what you receive and what we quote separately.

HOW AN ENGAGEMENT MOVES
01Understand the sending setup
02Agree on work and responsibilities
03Quote the defined scope
SENDING CAPACITY IS QUOTED SEPARATELY.
FOUR WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

The engagement
fits the evidence.

Choose a starting point. We will confirm the deliverables, required access, timeline and fee in writing before work begins. These are service scopes, not pre-approved SMTP or email-volume plans.

PROJECT / STAGED RAMP03 — 04

Warmup.

For a new domain, IP or permitted sending route that needs a monitored introduction by mailbox provider.

WHAT THE SCOPE CAN INCLUDETHE WORK
  • Authentication, IP/domain history and permissioned-audience readiness review
  • A staged plan using real engaged segments and representative placement samples
  • Provider-specific monitoring, pause rules and documented expand/hold decisions
THE OUTPUT

A working ramp plan and decision log—not a timer that promises automatic inbox placement.

Sending traffic, new IPs and third-party test-network costs are scoped separately.

WHY PRICES DIFFER

Four inputs.
One clear proposal.

A quote names the work and its boundaries, so you can distinguish service fees from sending costs.

A

Your sending footprint

Number of domains, routes, IPs and sending systems to review.

B

The evidence available

Access to logs, provider events, feedback loops and audience history.

C

The depth of work

Diagnosis only, implementation milestones, or ongoing operations.

D

The response model

Review cadence, ownership, escalation window and reporting needs.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE LINE

Service work is not
sending capacity.

Sky works with the founder-owned Email Engine platform, whose 23-provider catalog is already built. Provider subscriptions, usage, dedicated IPs and sending approval remain separate from Sky's engineering or management fee unless a written proposal says otherwise.

We do not promise immediate access to an established IP pool, a specific inbox rate or an allocation from a provider we do not control.

QUESTIONS BEFORE A QUOTE

No small print
about the big things.

Can we use our existing SMTP service?

Often, yes. Email Engine supports standard SMTP connections and a catalog of provider-specific integrations. We check the connection available for your account and whether the service permits your sending use case.

Do these prices include email sending or an IP?

No sending allowance or IP is bundled in these service descriptions. If transport is needed, its account ownership, approval, cost and operational responsibility must be agreed separately.

Can we get a fixed fee?

For a bounded audit or project, we can propose a fixed scope and fee once we know the relevant systems and questions. Ongoing support is quoted against the agreed cadence and responsibilities.

Is inbox placement guaranteed?

No. We make evidence-based changes, monitor outcomes and document what the receiver signals support. No outside party can guarantee every message will land in the inbox.

START WITH A CONVERSATION, NOT A CONTRACT

Bring the setup.
We'll define the work.

A 30-minute call is enough to identify which of these scopes is relevant and what we would need to quote it responsibly.
